Managed a roster of over 40 freelancers and oversaw all food content, including brand partnerships. Additionally, contributed to social-first content, Substack content, and videos for various social channels.

Responsible for managing a roster of freelancers and internal “Residents,” with additional duties of recipe testing and food styling. Wrote, edited, and recipe tested for Blue Apron’s menu offerings. Responsible for editing and proofing up to 30 printed recipe cards plus 45 digital recipe cards weekly.
